Vorwerk awards property management contract to CTP

As of 1^th August 2019, CTP was hired to provide property management, facility management, and some aspects of asset management for HIEX in Wuppertal. The property is home to a Holiday Inn Express with 164 rooms, 752 m² of retail/restaurant space, and 37 underground parking spaces. Beforehand, CTP worked closely with the owner for more than a year as construction of the building was completed. That speaks for a convincing concept.
