CTP Asset Management receives new mandates

CTP was commissioned with the management of two hotels in Stuttgart and Hanover. One of the focal points was managing construction warranties for the two new buildings. The hotels have 6,600 m² and 4,800 m² of space, respectively. The client is a family office, which has selected CTP as the preferred partner for the management of their property holdings.

CTP provides property management services with a focus on office and retail commercial properties for various clients throughout Germany. Currently, we manage approx. 480,000 m² of rental space.
